Supporting connection, regulation and health
Our Team
Our intention is to create a space where individuals and families can slow down, reconnect and be met in their wholeness
We acknowledge the physical, emotional, relational and experiential layers shaped by our early beginnings, our families and the community around us. The core of our work is that we understand healing as a relational process, one that unfolds when people feel safe, seen and supported within these layers.
We are three experienced practitioners who work together to support babies, children, parents, and adults through times of transition, healing, and integration. Our work is grounded in nervous system awareness, early life imprint healing, and compassionate presence.
