Supporting connection, regulation and health
Who We Support
Pregnant Mothers
We support pregnant mothers as they prepare physically, emotionally and spiritually for birth and as they navigate the changes of pregnancy. We help release overwhelm, soften fear, and support the body’s natural wisdom for birth.
These may include:
• Preparing for birth
• Support during a complex or uncertain pregnancy
• Care following pregnancy loss, infertility or medical intervention
Newborns & Babies
We support newborns and babies as their nervous systems adapt to life outside the womb. Parents often come to us with questions around:
• Settling, sleep, feeding, or digestion
• Tension following birth or medical experiences
• Early developmental transitions
Parents & Families
We support parents and families as they build relationships and navigate early family life.
These may include:
• Bonding and attachment
• Processing challenging or unresolved birth experiences
• Support during times of change within the family
Children
We support children as they grow, change and move through developmental stages.
These may include:
• Emotional behavioral expressions
• Sensitivity or regulation challenges
• Times of transition or stress
Adults Exploring
Their Own Beginnings
We also support adults navigating present day challenges that may be connected to early experiences.
These may include:
• Patterns in relationships, health or stress
